Help Me GxP Resource Hub is a web-based GMP guidance and reference platform provided as a practical resource hub for pharmaceutical and healthcare users.

For normal public browsing, we do not ask most users to create an account or submit personal profile information.

If you choose to submit an issue report, suggestion, or metadata correction, we may collect the information you provide, including your title, description, related link, resource reference, and optional contact email address.

When you submit a search to Find Me GxP, the search wording, selected Knowledge Pack, submission time, and retrieval outcome are retained so authorised administrators can understand common topics and improve the service. These records are not linked to a named user profile or raw IP address.

Where private site access or admin-only areas are used, the platform may also process essential authentication or access-control information such as secure cookies or access credentials.

We use submitted issue and suggestion information to review problems, improve the platform, and respond where appropriate.

Find Me GxP search wording is used to analyse common searches, identify retrieval gaps, and improve approved-source discovery. Do not include personal, patient, client-confidential, or commercially sensitive information in a search.

Optional contact details are only used so we can follow up about a report, suggestion, or operational support matter.

Technical and access-related information may also be processed to protect the platform, maintain availability, and support secure administration.

The platform records limited, first-party usage totals such as page views, link and card interactions, sponsor-link interactions, and successful web app installation events. We use these totals to understand which resources are useful and to monitor the performance of the platform.

Daily visitor estimates use a one-way, date-specific hash generated from limited request information. Raw IP addresses and full browser identifiers are not stored in the analytics tables, and the daily hash is not used to identify users across different days.

Aggregate site analytics do not contain the contents of searches or forms. Find Me GxP search wording is retained separately in the private administration area for search-volume and topic analysis, without a named user profile or raw IP address.

The platform may use third-party services that support hosting, database storage, and operational email delivery. These services process data only as needed to keep the platform running and to deliver support notifications.

The site also links to third-party websites and platforms including official GMP sources, YouTube, Spotify, Amazon, and external reference sites. Once you leave Help Me GxP, those services apply their own privacy policies and terms.

The public resource hub is designed to work without forcing most users to sign in. However, essential cookies may be used where needed for private site access, administration, or secure operational features.

If you install the site as an app on a phone, tablet, or desktop browser, the installed version still uses the same underlying web platform and privacy behaviour as the main site.

Issue reports, suggestions, and related operational records may be retained for platform maintenance, audit, and support purposes.

Find Me GxP search wording is retained for up to 365 days for trend analysis, retrieval improvement, and service evaluation. After that period, the wording is automatically removed while non-identifying aggregate operational records may be retained.

We only aim to keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed for those operational purposes, legal obligations, or security review.
